Before meeting Richard, I already went to four different other dealerships where the car salesmen were all just too aggressive towards me and trying to get me to buy some thing that I didn’t need or that was well over my budget. Talking with Richard though was an absolutely wonderful because he didn’t try and peer pressure me into buying some thing that I wasn’t interested in and he genuinely wanted to work within my budget constraints and give me a vehicle that I could afford and that was going to last. Please be careful to understand and get in writing all undertakings and price quotes from the dealership. I was given a definite settlement price and told by the salesperson that as long as I paid that amount by the time my first payment was due, that would be the full amount due. It turns out that interest was accruing on a daily basis and that the pay-off amount was $340.00 higher than I was told. I expected the dealership to stick to the price quoted in writing, but they would not. After a really good sales experience, this was very disappointing and took the gloss off the experience. Having one of their managers hang up the phone on me during a call to discuss this made it even worse. I have been waiting for a return call for over a week. After follow up from the General Manager, I have changed my review to five stars. Mistakes can be made, but it is often how they are handled and corrected that really makes a difference. Mr. Garner was very polite and helpful and I am now completely satisfied with my experience.

Dillon did a great job during and after our purchase!! Definitely a good man! We purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass and not 2 weeks later had an issue with it. Not only did Dillon get us into service the very next day (earliest appt was Nov 1st) but they also took care of repairs and got us a loaner car!!!
